Sweetnet provides website development, e-commerce development, integration deployment and SEO optimisation services. The specific list and scope of services is defined in a separate contract drawn up for each project.

2. Payment terms

Standard payment terms: 50% deposit at the start of the project, 50% after delivery and client approval. All payments in EUR. Invoices are issued via the Rivile system with VAT.

3. Intellectual property

The code, design and other project materials created become the client's property upon full payment. Sweetnet reserves the right to list the project in its portfolio (unless the client objects). Third-party libraries and tools used remain under their respective licences.

4. Limitation of liability

Sweetnet is not liable for losses arising from disruptions to third-party systems (payment processors, servers, APIs). Sweetnet's maximum liability cannot exceed the price of the specific project.

5. Support & warranty

After project delivery we provide 30 days of free warranty support for bug fixes. Adding new functionality or design changes are separate work items quoted separately.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties undertake not to disclose confidential information about the project, business processes and technical details to third parties without written consent.
